Mr. Jacobus is survived by his wife Gayle Matz Jacobus, Parents Charles and Zamah Jacobus , Sister Joye (Stephen) Young all of Smyrna, a niece Micah Williams, his nephews Adam Barker and Seth Barker, stepchildren Stacey Carver, Stephen Bullard, Chris Bodi, and four grandchildren.

Mr. Jacobus worked for Bridgestone Tires for 22 years. Visitation will be 2:00 until 6:00 p.m. Sunday at Woodfin Chapel Smyrna. In lieu of flowers, Memorials may be made to any Cancer Society. On line condolences may be sent to www.woodfinchapel.com 893-5151.
