Classes for Summer/Fall 2010 at the Local 1055L’s Learning Center:

NOTE: The following classes are contingent upon the interest of the workers, and are subject to cancellation. Please sign up seven (7) days prior to the class. For class dates and times, please email marionwhite1055@yahoo.com , call 641-2330, or stop by the Learning Center prior to the month of the class at the Jackson Business Center, 3026 Owen Dr., Suite 108, Antioch, TN 37013.

August 2010 – Career Building and Personal Growth Courses: Career Tips for Landing the Perfect Job (including Resume Writing & Interviewing Skills), Maximizing Personal Growth, and Dealing with Difficult People.

Automotive Courses: Batteries Charging and Starting Systems; Engine Performance Fuel, Air Induction and Ignition Systems offered by GM Trainer from Nashville Tech.

September 2010 – Rescheduling of Deck Building Class for B/C crew only; Solar Training, Spanish, QuickBooks, and Keyboarding

October 2010 – Business Writing, Intro to Microsoft Access, and How to prepare your personal & business income tax, and the continuation of Green Training, Spanish, and Keyboarding.

November 2010 – Photoshop Elements, EBAY LIVE Auction classes, How to Produce Home Videos and Slide Shows (TBA), and continuation of Microsoft Access and Tax Preparation Courses.

December 2010 – “EBAY LIVE” continued, Winter Photography Field Trip, and Special Project Class (to be announced).
